When my best friend, Fernando Gutierrez introduced me to authentic Mexican tortillas, I became a “connoisseur.” Fernando’s father began their family tortilla business in Monterrey, Mexico in 1928, well before many people in the US knew about tortillas.
Once I tasted these authentic tortillas, no others compared. After several years in the food business, i discovered to my amazement that there were few quality choices in tortilla products avaialbe in supermarkets. Since I could not find the freshness or taste I had come to love, I started this company to bring you the best tasting tortilla you can find!
